The 14" Convertible Comfort Mount™ Kit replaces the stock shock mounts of your Harley Trike WHEN you are using the 14" Trike Series Shocks.
The Convertible Part: 2009 - 2013 Harley Trikes are one configuration, 2017 & Later Harley Trikes are another configuration. 2014 - 2016 vary between the two configurations.
The two sets of holes allow for mounting in either configuration, so that all year models can be fitted with this one Convertible Comfort Mount.
Simple & Easy. You end up with the Ideal lift for Your Trike, and all the benefits of a Comfort Mount™.
Combined with the 14" Trike Series Shocks™, you will have a ride that you would have never thought possible on an HD Trike!

FITMENT NOTES:
The 14" Convertible Comfort Mount™ works with all Tri-Glides, RG3's, Freewheelers, & FLHXXX Models that are using the 14" Trike Series Shocks™.
These will work with your Stock Shocks, but at a smaller lift (of around .5" at the back of the Trike. If you are not planning on getting 14" Trike Series Shocks in the future, then it would be best to get the Convertible Comfort Lift™ Kit for the factory 13" shocks.

14" shocks with comfort mounts 0 people found this helpfulThese were much easier to install than what I thought they would be. They went on real easy. I left the old stock shock adjuster under the seat. Just unhooked the hoses. I noticed a great ride first time out. My wife notice a great improvement. She wants me to try a softer setting. Will do that the first chance I get. Well worth the price.

Studied other shocks, then made correct decision 3 people found this helpfulWas worried about attempting installation myself. Watched countless videos. Really nothing to it. No reason to remove body. The one thing I did different was to put rear wheels on car ramps before putting jackstands under. I felt the extra height made reaching the top bolts easier to do.

I ran across a deal on some used Pro Action 14” shocks, so I bought the matching comfort lift setup for those. Even more comfortable. Now to save up for the DK Intimidators for the front forks!!!

Rear suspension 1 people found this helpfulI wished I had done this upgrade sooner. Prior shocks were air adjustable and gave a hard ride especially to the passenger. Received the DK 14” coil overs and it made all the difference in ride and handling. The people I dealt with on the phone were excellent. Easy to install as well with step by step directions.

Major difference 2 people found this helpfulMy first trike and I didn't notice it was this bumpy until I went down some bad roads in the city. I saw a you tube video by DK Customs about improving the ride on my trike. After I installed the shocks and comfort lift it made all the difference in the world. The ride quality was changed drastically for the better. Now the rigid sharp bumps are smooth and easy and the small bumps I don't even feel....especially manhole covers. I dreaded them and now it's almost non existent. The handling also improved 100%.

A-Ma-Zing 0 people found this helpfulThe difference in the ride is nothing short of Amazing! I went with the stock brackets and the 14" shocks after taking off the lift brackets. The handling in the corners is remarkable. That is the first places I noticed it, the handling big bumps is greatly improved. They are quite pricey, but if it stops the wife's complaints then its worth every penny!

14" comfort lift bracket 0 people found this helpfulI started with the standard lift brackets and stock 13" shocks. Got the 14" shocks and lift brackets. Lost about 1" of height in the rear. This made steering worse. Went back to stock shock mounting brackets and and 14" shocks, got back almost 1/4". I couldn't tell the difference in ride quality with the lift brackets.

Goes without saying but..... 0 people found this helpful....installing this lift kit along with the shocks was the best upgrade I’ve done to my 2018 Triglide. I had the stock junk air shocks so the ride with the 14” shocks and lift kit was incredible. Much better than the late model stock shocks too.

Great products 3 people found this helpfulFirst the negative I would have liked your installation video to be a little more descriptive from start to finish on my 2016 tri glide I needed to loosen my exhaust to get the holes to line up but in all fairness the written instructions did say this was a possibility. I’m a good size fella with meat hooks for hand so it was really tight to work on. I believe if I had to do it again I would remove the truck but that’s just me. Now the good stuff the ride is everything I hoped for and more I can’t believe the change just going down the street living in northern Indiana our roads that a beating from Mother Nature so I’m used to rough roads but now it’s sooo much nicer. The real unexpected change for me is cornering and turning it’s like go from a car with manual steering to one with power steering it’s amazing. Thx for all you do for we riders and oh by the way my wive says her ass thanks you to
